Unipart Consultancy wins SANY contract

Unipart Consultancy has won a contract with the world’s fourth largest construction equipment manufacturer, SANY, to support the growth of their global aftermarket operation.

Unipart helped SANY to understand how they can expand their share of the aftermarket and grow with new products to support customers more effectively.

Chris Dixon, Solutions and Projects Director, explained: “SANY is quite similar to Automotive in terms of its solutions, so we’ve got lots of experience with people that have worked on JLR contracts, McLaren, and Rover to help us with what that solution might look like, and what that organisation design might be.”

James Stanley, Strategy and Transformation Consultant, said: “This is a really important piece of business for Unipart Consultancy – it’s one of the first big wins we’ve had since we re-launched last year, but also gives us the opportunity to sell Unipart Technologies Group’s products, as well as Unipart Logistics products going forward.”
