Mark in Action Winners’ Stories: Tristan Maskens

In the third of our videos celebrating Mark in Action winners of the last 35 years, we hear from Tristan Maskens, Head of Logistics at the Cowley DC.

Tristan has won an incredible four Mark in Action awards over the 30 years he has worked in the business and speaks about his most memorable one when he was working on the Halfords contract. As well as winning awards, Tristan has also made a number of Mark in Action nominations, most recently in March of this year. He speaks about the importance of recognising colleagues when they go above and beyond in the workplace.
