Celebrating Unipart’s 50 Years with MPS
Last Friday Magna Park South celebrated Unipart’s 50th anniversary and it looks like jacket potato's were the dish of the day! Along with delicious food and cake, the team at MPS came together to celebrate this incredible milestone in Unipart’s history.
Kyle Newall, Head of Operations Support and Richard Campling, Repair Operations Manager, showcased to over 400 colleagues, on Unipart’s impressive 50-year journey. This proved an insightful introduction to Unipart’s operations for the new agency staff, even long-standing colleagues gained a broader understanding of the company’s global reach. The 50th pin badges were handed out followed by a lively round of 'Higher or Lower' with Unipart’s World Tour cards.
The day was filled with excitement, especially when the competition heated up with games of Connect 4 and Noughts & Crosses. The energy was high, and everyone from the early to late shifts had fun participating in the games and enjoying the celebratory atmosphere.
Our 50th Anniversary celebration was a tremendous success, and I’m proud to have been part of it after 15 years with the company. The event highlighted our incredible journey, and it was rewarding to share our history and achievements with the teams. From engaging games to team meals, the day fostered enthusiasm and showcased our continued growth and evolution.
Thank you to all who made the day possible, for joining in on the celebrations and having fun. Happy 50th Unipart, here's to the next 50 years!

MPS is part of the Technology sector within our 7 core sectors. The 356,000 sq ft site works on more services for Apple in one warehouse than any other facility in the world.
This includes Mac repairs, fault diagnostics and basic repairs of a wide range of Apple products, distribution of products and parts to Apple stores, and the processing of older phones that have been traded in. The site continues to deliver our customer promise, maintaining The Unipart Way at the heart of everything they do.
