Today, we're celebrating Chelsea Woolaston, Senior MP&L & Production Planner, Manufacturing, UPA Coventry, who received the Always Delivering Excellence CARE Award. This award recognises those who consistently go above and beyond in their roles.

Today, I feel honoured to be presenting The Unipart Way CARE award for a category that celebrates those colleagues who are always striving to deliver excellence in their roles everyday, as a role model to others.
This award is to recognise individuals who consistently go above and beyond, demonstrating unwavering commitment, accountability, and a relentless pursuit of excellence in all they do. They are the ones who keep our sites safe, meet deadlines with determination, and champion what is right, even when it's challenging."
Chelsea’s Nomination
Chelsea Woolaston was recognised by Paul Day, Manufacturing - SHE / Production Lead for her exceptional commitment to excellence in her role as Senior MP&L & Production Planner at UPA Coventry. Her nomination highlighted her consistent ability to go above and beyond, demonstrating unwavering accountability and a relentless pursuit of high standards in manufacturing planning and logistics. Chelsea's dedication to maintaining safety, meeting critical production deadlines, and upholding high ethical standards in her planning and coordination made her a deserving winner of this award.
