Time to Talk Day - 4 February

Tomorrow (4 February) is “Time to Talk” day in the UK, and we are encouraging everyone to get involved with some central activities and have a conversation about mental health.

At Unipart, we want all our colleagues to know we care about them and are here to support them to manage their wellbeing, both proactively and in times of ill health.

Whilst protecting our mental health is as important as protecting our physical health, many people feel that they are unable to talk as openly about mental health as they fear stigma or negative treatment.

That’s why, as part of our wellbeing strategy, we want to make sure our colleagues know and feel that “It’s OK to not be OK.”
