Communication Cells - we've made some changes

We are pleased to announce a selection of exciting new releases for your Digital Communication Cell.

The latest releases are live and available for you and your teams to use.

Below is a summary of the enhancements and changes we have made, there will be more to come as we continue to work through our exciting development list.

As you'd expect we have tried and tested all our enhancements, but should you have an issue with these, or any other issues with your Digital Communication Cell, lets us know by raising a support ticket

Search from every tile

We have added a search function to the bottom footer of each tile, this will navigate you to the relevant search criteria, for ease and speed. i.e. Resource planner >> Search >> Search People or 3Cs >> Search >> Search 3Cs

Need to narrow those searches down?

Using quotation marks " " around key phrases helps to narrow down searches by looking for specific phrases e.g. "fork lift".

Try the serach function with and without the quotation marks to see the benefit this enhancement offers.

Organise your 3Cs into themes for better problem solving ideas and trends

We have added an extra column on your 3C register, you can now label each 3C with its own category, you may now filter common themes and trends emerging from those categories.

Video uploads for UL Comms

Just as we do for Grapevine you can now access all the latest videos communicated from the UL communications team, you will find this in 'other tools' from your Comm Cell Menu button.

We are busy developing further functions.

In the coming releases you can expect to see the Metric U tile completed and fully functional, Hierarchy of Problem Solving - a small process to help you choose the right approach for the right problem solving type. Electronic Data Interchange, we are exploring and testing ways to import data and charts into your CommCells from other systems.
