Evolution: OpEx Edition - A Year (or so) On

Just over a year ago, we launched Evolution: OpEx Edition to the business.
We created the game to allow people to learn deeply about operational excellence at a time and a pace that suited them. For 2020, the game will form a core part of the Manager and Leadership Gate to Great journeys which is awesome!
Now, we could go on for ages telling you how good the game is, however as we built it you might not believe us. So we went around the country, across the business units and divisions to ask your colleagues who had completed the game, what they thought about it.
