Keeping Track of Standard Work

Simon Law came up with a great idea to help the team manage the implementation of standard work. Breaking what can be a huge process into smaller steps, he created a standard work activity board so that people could clearly see what had been done, and what was to come as they worked through the standard work model.

As all of the team were involved, they had input into the different stages, and used OCC to solve the problems that they uncovered.

After leading the first implementation, Simon then handed the remaining processes over to the team, and supported and coached them to do it themselves, which greatly increased the capability of the team.
