Using Electronic MDI and Metric U to Manage for Daily Improvement

Todd Brock was challenged by his team as to why he only investigated MDI captures once a week even though it was captured daily.

Thinking about this, Todd set about devloping a system that involved Google Docs and Excel spreadsheets, and after learning new techniques in Excel from the Leading Edge Super User training, developed a data capture sheet and integrated Metric U to help the team to solve problems in real time.

    Hi, I'm trying to find the electronic MDI document template on UWO and I can only find excel versions of each separate sheet? Does anyone have a copy of this they could send me please?
