The New Faculty On The Floor

A look at the first redesigned Faculty On The Floor

Last year, a cross divisional team was brought together to review the current state of the Faculties across the organisation.  Working together,  they devised and agreed a new standard for todays Faculty.

The first Faculty to be upgraded is the one in the Teaching Office on the third floor of Unipart House in Cowley, and in the video below, Charlotte Line tells the story of why the review was done, what the new Faculty looks like and some of the benefits they have gained in the short time that it's been open.

Watch the video.

Its great to see the new Faculty on the Floor design, reflecting how we now talk about Unipart way, as the Way we Think, Work, Lead and Behave. There is also some materials (A3 documents, presentations etc), which leaders can use with their teams to explain how all the elements of the Unipart way link together. These are available on the Google Drive for leaders to use with their teams here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1V28D5Q0Yu7-5S32Zudrlhtnr2CK-C7cW?usp=sharing

Hi Helen, the new FOTF looks really inviting and user friendly! Who would be the best point of contact to arrange a visit for the NHS Rugby team? We are looking at setting up a FOTF and it would be great if we could come and take a look at this.
