NHS Maidstone's First OCC

Starting their journey along the Unipart Way

Following the take on of the NHS Supply Chain contract earlier this year, the teams have been working flat out to stabilise the business and train our new colleagues in the Unipart Way.

Over at NHS SC Maidstone Depot, shift manager Rob Smith worked with the team to solve the problem of their consumable - or media area as they call it - running out of stock and affecting performance.

Rob and Kevin pick up the story in the video above, and I think we can all congratulate them for their first foray into the world of The Unipart Way and the benefits it will bring them.
