As someone who has lost quite a few people over the last 7 months starting with daughter wife and other members of the family. Every day is a challenge wake up early go to sleep late trying to keep a brave face only prolongs the heartache that will never go but will hopefully slowly lighten.At this time of lockdown is hard to find help as face to face is not allowed and talking over a phone is so impersonal.
