Great tips!! I have recently started going for a 20 min walk around my block before starting work and it makes me feel so much better and clears my head for the day ahead. My husband and I are both WFH and have different work spaces so we will sometimes switch them up too. I can say from experience just doing these two things really makes a difference to how you feel so I really recommend trying them!
