Its great to see the new Faculty on the Floor design, reflecting how we now talk about Unipart way, as the Way we Think, Work, Lead and Behave.
There is also some materials (A3 documents, presentations etc), which leaders can use with their teams to explain how all the elements of the Unipart way link together.
